The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (MDAR) Hemp Program provides oversight and regulation of legally grown hemp for commercial purposes or as part of an Agricultural Pilot Program (under the USDA Farm Bill) in Massachusetts.

What You Need To Know

The Hemp Program is in the process of being developed to include regulations, the issuing of licenses, sampling and testing, and conducting inspections.  This webpage will be updated as the Program continues to be developed.
